Responsibilities:
- Move validated AI/LLM prototypes into production: refactor, deploy, and maintain robust services powering conversational banking features.
- Build end-to-end observability and evaluation: metrics, tracing, logging, and A/B testing for model outputs and prompts.
- Architect for reliability and scale: design data pipelines, orchestration, and low-latency APIs with proper failure handling.
- Collaborate closely with Data Science, ML Engineering, Platform, and Product teams to accelerate delivery and iterate quickly.
- Implement custom AI components (MCP servers, agents) and integrate with managed model platforms (Bedrock/SageMaker/Vertex).
Requirements:
- Experience productionizing LLM-based applications or related AI services with strong operational and monitoring practices.
- Backend engineering skills (Python and/or Kotlin) and familiarity with containers, Kubernetes, and microservices.
- Practical knowledge of MLOps, vector DBs, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and delivering rapid, reliable releases in a high-traffic environment.
- Cloud experience (AWS/GCP) and solid understanding of data pipelines and deployment workflows.
