Responsibilities:
- Maintain, implement, and optimize CI/CD systems and applications that power developer delivery at scale.
- Influence and shape CI/CD strategy to enable faster, more reliable feature delivery across teams.
- Implement CI/CD–level security and compliance checks as reusable services.
- Standardize pipelines, improve developer autonomy, and mentor engineers on best practices.
- Participate in roadmap definition, incident response, and ensure production deployment stability.

Requirements:
- Strong experience with at least one high-level language (Python, Go, TypeScript, or Kotlin) and accompanying ecosystems.
- Solid Linux knowledge (networking, containerization, security) and production operations experience.
- Hands-on experience with cloud providers (preferably AWS) and CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI).
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, Salt) and Kubernetes administration (EKS preferred).
- Experience in security- and compliance-focused environments and ability to mentor and lead improvements.
