(Senior) Product Manager - Onboarding & KYC at N26

Responsibilities:
- Define and support execution of the product roadmap for customer identity verification and onboarding with an outcome/KPI-driven mindset.
- Lead discovery work to identify onboarding pain points, prioritise opportunities and design experiments to improve conversion and user experience.
- Coordinate cross-functional rollouts with engineering, design, operations, compliance and local market teams to ensure smooth launches.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate verification solutions and drive customisations when needed.
- Define, track and optimise key metrics (eg. conversion, time-to-verify, false positives) and present results to stakeholders.
- Support expansion and new product launches by advising on identity flows, risk trade-offs and market-specific requirements.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with high-volume B2C onboarding funnels.
- Direct experience with KYC, identity verification or related regulatory products is strongly preferred.
- Experience in FinTech, banking or other regulated environments required.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills; familiarity with SQL and A/B testing is a plus.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional, agile teams and managing vendor relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Curiosity for new technologies and data-informed product decisions.
