Responsibilities:
- Lead the Regulatory Technology product area: set vision, prioritise roadmap items and deliver solutions for AML, Compliance, Finance and Risk teams.
- Act as liaison between control functions and engineering—capture regulatory change, craft requirements and drive implementation.
- Partner with data engineering to design reliable, auditable pipelines and reporting capabilities.
- Champion automation to reduce manual work, lower regulatory risk and improve operational scalability.
- Manage stakeholders, coordinate releases, and ensure solutions meet regulatory timelines and auditability needs.
Requirements:
- Several years of product management experience, ideally in RegTech, banking or financial services.
- Strong technical literacy: comfortable writing technical specs, working with data teams and overseeing delivery.
- Practical knowledge of regulatory processes (AML, reporting, risk) and change management.
- Proven stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration and project prioritisation skills.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and fluency in English; experience with Jira/Confluence helpful.
