Responsibilities:
- Own features end-to-end: scope, design, implement, ship, and iterate with a small team and minimal process.
- Maintain and extend frontend and backend codebases with emphasis on quality and velocity.
- Use AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) as a primary productivity multiplier and reinvest gains into more shipping and product thinking.
- Identify ambiguous requirements early and write lightweight technical or product specs.
- Read and interpret product metrics to validate impact and guide iterations.
- Contribute technical perspective in product discussions and help shape what to build next.

Requirements:
- 2–4 years of full-stack development experience with shipped products.
- Mandatory: solid React Native experience; mandatory exposure to both frontend and backend engineering.
- Preferred: Golang experience on the backend.
- Daily fluency with at least one AI coding tool and proven use of it to ship more product (not just comfort).
- Strong product curiosity — you care if a feature works and have opinions on next steps.
- Comfortable in small teams with minimal process and able to create your own structure.
- Preferred: experience in gaming or consumer apps with a focus on user retention.
