Responsibilities:
- Own the Regulatory Technology product domain: define roadmap, prioritise initiatives and deliver solutions for control functions (AML, Finance, Compliance, Risk).
- Act as the primary product contact for control function stakeholders, translating regulatory needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with data engineering and engineering teams to design scalable, auditable data and reporting solutions.
- Drive automation of compliance workflows and reduce manual regulatory risk through pragmatic technical solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery, manage milestones, and ensure regulatory deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- Significant product management experience (preferably 5+ years) with exposure to RegTech, financial services, or compliance products.
- Strong technical affinity: able to work with data engineering, write clear technical specs and validate implementation.
- Practical understanding of AML, regulatory reporting, or financial risk workflows and regulatory change management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and project prioritisation skills (experience with Jira/Confluence a plus).
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to balance speed of delivery with regulatory diligence.
