Senior QA Engineer at DualEntry

Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead QA practices for an AI-first SaaS ERP platform; define the testing pyramid and QA roadmap.
- Design and execute test strategies across UI, API, integrations and database layers.
- Build and maintain test case management, automation suites and CI/CD test gates.
- Own bug reporting, triage, release validation and post-release verification.
- Implement performance and reliability testing; validate scale and latency targets.
- Integrate monitoring and observability (error rates, traces, metrics) into QA workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering, product and support to improve testability and user experience.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on Software QA experience focused on SaaS/web applications.
- Proven experience with UI and API testing tools and frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or similar).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation in cloud environments (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with test management and issue tracking tools (TestRail, Jira) and reporting practices.
- Knowledge of performance testing, database testing and monitoring (Datadog or equivalent) and SQL competency.
- Strong product intuition, attention to detail, and ability to make pragmatic trade-offs.
- High ownership, fast-paced mindset and fluent English (C1+).
