Responsibilities:
- Lead design, implementation and deployment of rack management software for AI accelerator racks in data centers.
- Build and maintain services for provisioning, orchestration, monitoring and lifecycle management across heterogeneous hardware and software.
- Develop APIs and automation tools to streamline provisioning, firmware updates, inventory and health checks.
- Implement telemetry, logging and observability pipelines for proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Ensure security, multi-tenancy isolation and resource QoS in infrastructure and orchestration layers.
- Integrate with container orchestration and cloud-native ecosystems; collaborate with cross-functional teams for NPI and scale-up.
- Contribute to architecture, documentation and continuous improvement of platform reliability and performance.

Requirements:
- 5+ years engineering experience in distributed systems or infrastructure/platform software.
- Strong programming skills in Python and Go; C++ experience is a plus.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, concurrency and building performant, fault-tolerant systems.
- Experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and telemetry design.
- Exposure to rack-level management interfaces (Redfish, IPMI) and AI workload orchestration (e.g., Kubeflow) is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
