Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain full-stack features across agent (C++), backend (Java, microservices) and frontend (React).
- Work on cloud-native, high-availability systems and contribute to platform reliability and scalability.
- Integrate and improve AI-powered experiences (e.g., Spark) to automate troubleshooting and user interactions.
- Collaborate with Product, SRE, Platform and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and ship production-ready code.
- Diagnose and resolve performance, reliability and security issues in large-scale real-time analytics pipelines.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews and continuous improvement of development practices.

Requirements:
- Professional experience with C++ and Java; frontend experience with React or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with microservices, cloud-native architectures and operating in high-availability environments.
- Experience with real-time analytics, automation and integrating AI/ML components is a plus.
- Strong debugging, testing and deployment mindset; comfortable with CI/CD workflows and observability tools.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional, distributed teams.
- Willingness to learn, mentor others and adapt to fast-paced, product-driven development.
