Responsibilities:
- Design and implement enterprise-facing features and vertical-specific products that make Claude a daily tool for professionals.
- Collaborate directly with research to identify capability gaps, design post-training improvements, and ship model-driven product changes.
- Build and maintain plugins, skills, and extensibility infrastructure (discovery, composability, customization, distribution).
- Implement integrations and add-ins (e.g., Office/Excel/Word) that operate within host constraints and third-party APIs.
- Drive product adoption by diagnosing activation barriers and building systems to improve reliability, context, and workflow fit.
- Ensure secure handling of sensitive data and compliance for regulated verticals (e.g., HIPAA/FHIR in healthcare).

Requirements:
- Strong full-stack engineering experience shipping production software in enterprise or B2B contexts.
- Proficiency with frontend frameworks (JavaScript/TypeScript, React), backend systems, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Experience building extensibility platforms (plugins/skills), distribution/customization layers, or platform tooling.
- Familiarity working with ML/AI teams to translate product needs into model improvements.
- Experience with security, privacy, and compliance requirements relevant to enterprise/vertical products.
- Excellent communication skills for partnering with product, research, and external stakeholders.
