Software Engineer - Java or Angular (all genders) at Shiftmove

Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end features across backend and/or frontend: design, implement, test and ship production-ready code.
- Build scalable solutions for fleet management use cases (automation, cloud integrations, LLM-based document processing).
- Collaborate with Product, Design and customers to translate needs into usable features and validate outcomes.
- Contribute to technical decisions, code reviews and improvements to system reliability and observability.
- Reduce technical debt, improve CI/CD and share knowledge across the team.

Requirements:
- Strong CS fundamentals and production experience with Java (Spring Boot) or Angular (TypeScript).
- Practical experience with testing, CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Problem-solving mindset: evaluate trade-offs and design pragmatic, scalable solutions.
- Ownership and ability to deliver independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn AI/ML integrations (TensorFlow, SpringAI, etc.) as needed.
