About the role
Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver features for a modern cloud-based SaaS product (primarily HR-focused).
- Implement backend services with Node.js/TypeScript and frontend interfaces with React.
- Work with DevOps practices: CI/CD, test automation, deployment and observability.
- Collaborate with design, product management, marketing and sales to align delivery with customer needs.
- Maintain high code quality through reviews, testing and refactoring.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript and React.
- Familiarity with modern React patterns (hooks, context), state management and production UI concerns.
- Practical experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms and CI/CD tooling.
- Strong problem-solving, communication skills and a team-first mindset.
- Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate; comfortable working in an Agile environment.
