Responsibilities:
- Design and implement high-level virtual platform models (SystemC TLM and/or QEMU) representing complex SoC architectures.
- Integrate CPUs, interconnects, peripherals and custom IP into simulators and validate functional behaviour.
- Define software requirements and collaborate with hardware designers, firmware and driver teams to align models with real systems.
- Perform code reviews, regression testing, bug triage and performance tuning to ensure robust models.
- Work independently on multi-step tasks, document results and communicate technical trade-offs to stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Strong C++ (modern C++) skills and practical experience with SystemC TLM or QEMU.
- Good understanding of ARM architecture (CPU, GIC, CoreSight) and firmware/device driver development.
- Experience with Git and software engineering practices (unit testing, CI, code review).
- Preferred: open source development experience, ARM Fast Models familiarity, and server/RAS knowledge.
