Responsibilities:
- Architect the Borrowing domain data layer at scale, defining patterns for 1,700+ models across multiple products.
- Design and govern production-grade data products with SLAs, ownership, documentation and stable interfaces.
- Lead cross-functional efforts (Product, Engineering, Credit, Data Platform) to shape data contracts and standards.
- Build reusable analytical assets and feature stores to support ML, decisioning and reporting.
- Influence roadmap, mentor analytics engineers, and ensure data architecture aligns with business and regulatory needs.

Requirements:
- Deep expertise in analytics engineering tools and platforms (dbt, BigQuery or equivalent).
- Proven experience designing large-scale data architectures and operationalising data products.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; able to drive consensus across teams.
- Familiarity with ML pipelines, feature stores, orchestration and CI/CD for data.
- Experience with data governance, SLAs, schema contracts and regulatory reporting (advantageous in lending/credit context).
- Excellent communication and systems-thinking abilities to translate business needs into technical design.
