Responsibilities:
- Architect, maintain and continuously improve AWS infrastructure using IaC (Terraform).
- Automate and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows (GitLab CI) to ensure reliable releases.
- Own critical Kubernetes platform components: cluster operations, scaling, ingress, VPC and secrets management.
- Design and operate observability: monitoring, alerting and centralized logging (Datadog, Opensearch, fluentd).
- Act as an internal platform partner: consult and enable product teams on operational best practices and reliability.
- Drive cost, security and performance improvements across the platform.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in platform, SRE or site reliability roles.
- Strong expertise with AWS and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Solid experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven skills in CI/CD tooling (GitLab CI) and deployment automation.
- Practical knowledge of observability stacks (Datadog, logging, alerting) and scaling strategies.
- Basic to intermediate Go programming ability.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; experience enabling agile teams and stakeholders.
