Responsibilities:
- Own the AI platform and gateway: safeguards, evals, cost controls, observability, and developer ergonomics.
- Design and ship the agentic layer (multi-step visual agents for generate → QA → route → retry → publish) at catalog scale.
- Turn model capabilities into reusable primitives, SDKs, and no-code flows so product teams can ship features without backend engineers.
- Define problems and strategy before specs; prioritise platform work against product needs and say no with clear rationale.
- Use product metrics and operational data (adoption, latency, inference cost, evals) to form hypotheses, measure outcomes, and iterate.
- Partner closely with engineering, ML researchers, and product teams to deliver extensible, production-grade platform features.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of product management experience, with strong experience in platforms, infrastructure, or developer-facing products.
- Proven track record shipping platform or agentic/model-backed products and enabling other teams to build on top of your work.
- Data fluency: comfortable pulling and interpreting metrics, tradeoffs in latency vs. cost, and defining success criteria.
- Technical fluency with APIs, SDKs, ML inference patterns, and observability/monitoring considerations.
- Strong stakeholder management, prioritisation skills, and experience operating in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
