Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and productionize LLM and agentic AI systems (primary focus: Aion research platform).
- Implement agent logic, Python sidecars, and integrations that give agents safe, performant access to data and tools.
- Create investment-signal pipelines: retrieval, prompts, model selection, evaluation, and deployment.
- Establish LLMOps practices: prompt/model/config versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, error handling, and cost controls.
- Build automated and human-in-the-loop evaluations, regression tests, and monitoring for accuracy, hallucinations, latency, and uncertainty.
- Keep models and agentic techniques at the frontier and move successful experiments into production.

Requirements:
- 2+ years building software or ML/LLM systems in production with strong Python and SQL skills.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and data platforms (Databricks preferred).
- Familiarity with LLMs, agent frameworks (e.g., Anthropic Managed Agents), RAG, prompt engineering, and model benchmarking.
- Hands-on LLMOps experience: versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, and cost/latency trade-offs.
- Strong product-minded engineering approach, unit/regression testing, and evaluation design skills.
- Good communication and ability to autonomously scope, ship, and iterate on projects.
