About the role

Responsibilities:
- Partner with Risk stakeholders to translate business needs into ETL and data model requirements.
- Decompose risk domains (applications, rules, features, decision logic) into maintainable data models.
- Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines and data marts in the DWH.
- Define and align key risk metrics (DPD buckets, defaults, aggregates) with business users.
- Validate data solutions with stakeholders, ensure production readiness (scheduling, optimization, maintainability).
- Document data lineage, transformations, and business rules to support the DWH knowledge base.

Requirements:
- 2–3 years in Data Analysis, Analytics Engineering, or System Analysis with DWH experience.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience writing complex queries.
- Solid understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
- Domain expertise in Risk or Finance and familiarity with risk data sources (credit bureau, payments, indicators).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
- Attention to detail, ability to work independently and in teams.
- B1 or higher English for international collaboration.

Requirements

Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or analytics engineering with strong SQL skills and domain expertise in risk or finance. A B1 level of English or higher is required for effective communication within the international team.
