Responsibilities:
- Participate in discovery, design, implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance of payment platform services.
- Manage individual priorities and deliverables while collaborating with the team on shared goals.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and propose improvements during GSDD and team sessions.
- Deliver well-tested, documented backend code that follows security and reliability guidelines.
Requirements:
- Experience developing production services with a JVM language and Spring Boot; Kotlin experience is a plus.
- Solid understanding of microservice architecture and common integration patterns.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (Postgres preferred).
- Comfortable working with modern cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and cloud-native tooling.
- Security-minded development practices, strong testing and documentation habits.
- Able to act with urgency, collaborate openly, and give/receive timely feedback.
