Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain backend services for A/B testing, feature flags and frontend event collection.
- Work with the Tech Lead to design and deliver robust, scalable features end-to-end.
- Ensure quality through testing, code reviews and adherence to architecture principles.
- Share knowledge across teams and contribute to platform reliability and observability.
- Propose and implement improvements to tooling, processes and platform scalability.
Requirements:
- Strong production experience with Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot.
- Solid knowledge of distributed systems, domain-driven design and testing strategies.
- Experience with cloud architectures, preferably AWS.
- Full professional proficiency in English and strong collaboration skills.
- Nice to have: data engineering background, Kafka/event streaming experience and Terraform exposure.
