Responsibilities:
- Lead the product lifecycle for scheme integrations and payment platform components (SEPA, SWIFT, APMs).
- Set and execute the product roadmap, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform strategy.
- Drive implementation of new payment rails and features using business data and customer insights.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to build compliant, intuitive payment flows.
- Serve as primary liaison with Compliance, Treasury, Operations, and Finance for regulatory alignment.
- Monitor performance and scalability metrics; collaborate with data teams to optimize funnels and costs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Product Management within FinTech, banking, PSPs, or related industries.
- Practical experience with payment scheme integrations and launching backend/platform products.
- Strong analytical aptitude and comfort reviewing payment specs, flows, and datasets.
- Proven ability to prioritize roadmap items and manage stakeholders across functions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-disciplinary teams.
- Relevant degree in STEM, business, or economics; advanced degree a plus.
- Solid understanding of agile delivery and platform/product trade-offs.
