Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reports and visualisations using Excel, Tableau and Power BI.
- Analyse complex datasets with SQL, Python, R, Power Query or Tableau Prep to identify trends, root causes and opportunities.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for operational and strategic decision-making.
- Act as a business partner and subject-matter expert for assigned operational areas; embed with teams to understand context and drivers.
- Support improvements in data quality, reporting processes and analytical standards; document artefacts and build repeatable analyses.
- Provide operational, management and regulatory reporting as required.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in an analytical role with strong Excel and data visualisation skills (Tableau or Power BI).
- Competence with SQL and at least one analytical language/tool (Python, R, Power Query, Tableau Prep).
- Ability to convert data into actionable insight and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management, business partnering skills and attention to operational context.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative or analytical discipline; experience in utilities/regulatory reporting is desirable.
