About the role
Responsibilities:
- Analyze shop user behavior and deliver actionable insights to product and business stakeholders
- Define and track KPIs and dashboards that measure shop performance and user funnels
- Provide full-cycle A/B test analysis: experiment design input, result analysis and interpretation
- Define tracking requirements, validate implementations and ensure data reliability
- Build self-service dashboards and reports (Looker Studio, Tableau or similar)
- Perform customer segmentation, cohort analysis and ad-hoc analyses to inform product decisions
- Communicate findings clearly to cross-functional teams and recommend prioritised actions
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in data analysis or related role
- Advanced SQL skills for complex queries and large datasets
- Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs, funnel analysis and web analytics (GA4 experience is a plus)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau or equivalent)
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodology and statistical analysis
- Comfortable translating technical results into business recommendations and presentations
- Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently in cross-functional teams
- Nice to have: Python for analysis, experience with BigQuery and version control (Git)

Additionally, you will provide full-cycle A/B test analytical support and create tracking concepts to translate user behavior into actionable business recommendations.
Requirements
You must have at least 3 years of experience and advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data analysis. Expertise in e-commerce KPIs, web analytics, and data visualization tools is required to succeed in this role.
