Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and maintain infrastructure-as-code for all environments; manage repos and documentation (Wiki/GitHub).
- Design, implement, and operate CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application services (GitLab CI).
- Build and maintain production-grade Kubernetes clusters; handle deployments across multiple clusters and accounts.
- Implement GitOps workflows using Argo CD (App-of-Apps, ApplicationSets) and manage rollout/rollback processes.
- Ensure security and reliability: RBAC, Pod Security Standards, Network Policies, cluster/node autoscaling (Cluster Autoscaler/Karpenter), HPA/VPA.
- Monitor and maintain observability, alerting, and incident response (Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, ELK/OpenSearch).
- Perform root-cause analysis, coordinate fixes, run maintenance tasks, and participate in on-call duty when needed.
- Collaborate on new service architectures to ensure secure, scalable infrastructure designs.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of DevOps experience with hands-on production Kubernetes and cloud operations.
- Strong AWS experience (EKS, EC2, VPC, IAM, Route 53, ALB/NLB) and working knowledge of multi-account architectures.
- Proven experience with GitOps (Argo CD), Helm, and managing deployments across clusters.
- Familiarity with Terraform or equivalent IaC tools for multi-environment infrastructure management.
- CI/CD pipeline design and automation experience (GitLab CI); infrastructure testing and validation skills.
- Solid Docker knowledge and container optimization/security best practices.
- Monitoring and observability experience (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch) and performance troubleshooting.
- Good English communication (B1+), strong responsibility, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
