Responsibilities:
- Lead an international engineering team to design, implement, and deploy ML, vision, and generative AI systems to production.
- Define technical direction, architecture and best practices for complex AI projects (model training, compression, fine-tuning, inference optimization).
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: scope, timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and delivery quality.
- Coordinate cross-functional work with product, research, QA, and DevOps to integrate models into products and pipelines.
- Mentor engineers, run technical reviews, promote code quality, reproducibility, and observability in ML systems.
- Drive deployment and scaling of models in cloud and edge environments, ensuring performance and cost-efficiency.

Requirements:
- Master’s or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years industry experience in AI/ML or data science and 2+ years in people/project management.
- Hands-on expertise with Python, containerization (Docker), CI/CD, Git, and cloud deployment patterns.
- Practical experience with LLMs, generative AI workflows (RAG, fine-tuning), model compression and inference optimization.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and project planning skills.
- Fluent in English (and Spanish as stated in original requirements) and able to work in a multicultural environment.
