Responsibilities:
- Build, develop and enable high-performing engineering teams; start hands-on to learn systems and code.
- Lead one product team in a you-build-it-you-run-it setup and balance delivery, quality, performance and reliability.
- Mentor engineers, remove roadblocks, run technical reviews and support architectural decisions.
- Drive hiring, career development and a strong engineering culture focused on outcomes and craftsmanship.
- Contribute to cross-team strategic initiatives: improve guidelines, raise the engineering bar and define ways of working.
- Ensure teams adopt appropriate technologies and practices that deliver customer value and operational stability.

Requirements:
- Proven experience leading cross-functional product teams and delivering scalable web applications.
- Strong technical background with TypeScript and frontend frameworks (Vue.js); backend exposure (Node.js or PHP) is a plus.
- Track record of mentoring, running code reviews and making pragmatic technical trade-offs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and coaching skills.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and driving delivery in high-traffic B2C systems.
