Responsibilities:
- Lead, hire and mentor the DWH Data Tools engineering team (Superset, Jupyter Hub, DataHub and in-house BI tools).
- Define team roadmap, prioritize work, run planning cycles and ensure timely delivery against shifting business needs.
- Collaborate with product and stakeholders to translate user pain points into technical solutions and roadmaps.
- Oversee architecture, development and maintenance of data tooling; ensure reliability and alignment with SRE practices.
- Drive service stability, incident response and post-incident reviews for the tooling ecosystem.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication with data engineers, analysts and product teams.

Requirements:
- 1+ year of people management experience in fast-paced environments; experience in fintech is a plus.
- Strong technical background with Python and familiarity with Node.js and/or Go.
- Practical experience with BI platforms, notebook environments and data catalogs (e.g., Superset, Jupyter Hub, DataHub).
- Proven ability to run flexible planning, prioritize competing demands and manage delivery.
- Experience with SRE processes, service reliability and incident management preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; English at B1+ level.
- Bonus: hands-on DWH, data integration experience or banking/fintech domain knowledge.
