Responsibilities:
- Lead a topic team in the Buyer Tribe to deliver high-quality software on predictable schedules.
- Coach engineers through regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and career development conversations.
- Set vision and purpose, maintain team visibility, and align work to product goals.
- Improve processes and meeting effectiveness; remove blockers and foster a collaborative culture.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding and technical coaching; build strong two-way feedback loops with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2+ years leading engineering teams with demonstrated people-management and coaching skills.
- Strong verbal English communication; Spanish is a plus.
- Comfortable with participatory/servant leadership, process improvement and performance management.
- Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, adaptability and eagerness to learn.
- Bonus: prior experience with Tribes & Squads; willing to work hybrid in Barcelona (minimum 6 days/month in office).
