Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain well-architected systems that operate in live financial markets with strict latency and reliability needs.
- Collaborate with traders, researchers, risk analysts and engineers to translate market problems into pragmatic technical solutions.
- Develop and apply agentic tooling: design agents, skills and automated workflows to solve trading-stack problems.
- Improve performance, reliability and maintainability as market conditions and requirements change.
- Deliver reusable tools, tests and documentation to support other teams and future scaling.
- Complete Global Academy onboarding and work with a mentor to ramp quickly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Graduating between Aug 2024 and Aug 2027 or up to 3 years of professional experience.
- Proficient in C++, Python or Java with solid software engineering practices.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, concurrency, memory models, CPU architecture and operating systems.
- Interest or experience in agentic tooling, automation and building reusable workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills; focus on clean code and continuous improvement.
