Responsibilities:
- Define product strategy and roadmap for Finance Infrastructure in the Payments Platform.
- Translate complex finance, accounting and regulatory needs into scalable platform capabilities (ledgers, reconciliation, reporting, controls).
- Work closely with Engineering, Finance, Payments and Operations to prioritise work and sequence technical delivery.
- Move the team from reactive delivery to a product-led approach: clarify problems, define outcomes and measure success.
- Balance urgent business demands with long-term system health, scalability and multi-entity/currency requirements.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and communicate trade-offs, risks and timelines clearly.
- Champion technical discipline, systems thinking and strong product practices in the squad.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager leading technical/financial infrastructure or payments products.
- Strong systems thinking and technical curiosity; comfortable discussing architecture, data models and trade-offs with engineers.
- Experience with ledgers, reconciliation, financial controls or accounting workflows preferred.
- Demonstrable stakeholder management skills across Finance, Engineering and Product teams.
- Ability to prioritise across competing needs and articulate a clear roadmap and success metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a regulated financial environment and designing for scalability across products, entities and markets.
