Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end analytics and decisioning for the X-Sell system: offer prioritisation, customer engagement, and recommendation logic.
- Design the analytical framework and success metrics for cross-sell and next-best-offer strategies.
- Build prioritisation and orchestration logic for customer offers across channels.
- Collaborate closely with Product, ML, and Engineering to define model requirements, features, and production integration points.
- Drive experimentation (A/B tests), analyze results, and iterate on recommendation mechanics.
- Generate insights on customer behaviour and communication effectiveness to improve conversion and engagement.
- Establish scalable processes and governance for cross-sell initiatives.

Requirements:
- Mathematical or technical degree from a top-tier university (e.g., MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, NSE).
- Expert knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory, and systematic analytical thinking.
- Advanced SQL and Python skills; hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Superset).
- Experience designing recommendation systems or prioritisation logic and translating business goals into model requirements.
- Proven track record building and scaling analytical processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; English proficiency B1+.
- Nice to have: hands-on ML/recommendation experience and prior ownership of cross-sell or next-best-offer products.
