Product Engineer (Full-Stack) | AI Product Development at REF Agency

Responsibilities:
- Own features end-to-end: discover customer problems, design solutions, implement, ship, monitor, and iterate in production.
- Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and customers to surface requirements and validate assumptions.
- Make product trade-offs and prioritize work with a focus on measurable customer value.
- Design pragmatic, maintainable technical solutions across frontend, backend, and APIs.
- Ship production-ready features rapidly and use user feedback and metrics to iterate.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, testing, and code review.
- Contribute to an in-person engineering culture that emphasizes collaboration and ownership.

Requirements:
- Proven full-stack engineering experience with demonstrable shipped features or products.
- Strong product thinking and a customer-first mindset; able to translate customer pain into product solutions.
- Experience owning features or products end-to-end with high autonomy.
- Excellent problem-solving and pragmatic engineering judgment; able to balance speed and quality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and making independent decisions.
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to collaborate directly with stakeholders.
- Practical familiarity with TypeScript and/or Python is a plus; experience with cloud apps, APIs, and AI-assisted tools beneficial.
