Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end product features across frontend (Next.js) and backend (Node.js) stacks.
- Build user interfaces: full screens, reusable components, and complete user flows with Tailwind CSS.
- Implement and maintain database interactions using PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma and tRPC.
- Integrate AI capabilities into product features and iterate based on feedback and metrics.
- Optimize performance, reliability, and user experience across the codebase.
- Participate in customer-facing support rotations and work directly with customers to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with product, design, and leadership to shape feature scope and delivery.
- Write tests, keep documentation current, and maintain high code quality standards.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency with Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, and tRPC; familiar with Tailwind CSS.
- Proven ability to ship features end-to-end from design to production.
- Experience integrating or building AI-powered features in product contexts.
- Comfortable in customer-facing support cycles and receiving direct user feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent; solid CS fundamentals expected.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
