Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, roadmap and KPIs for the Runtime Platform (cloud accounts, control/data planes, infra-as-code, networking, compute and governance).
- Deliver a secure, compliant and user-centric platform that enables internal teams to ship and operate services at scale.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, legal, compliance and business teams to prioritize work and align on global rollout strategy.
- Drive build vs buy evaluations, cost-benefit analysis and long-term platform strategy.
- Use data and developer feedback to identify friction, improve workflows and increase platform adoption and efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams using agile practices and clearly communicate trade-offs and decisions.
Requirements:
- Experience building internal developer platforms or tooling with developer experience as a priority.
- Proven ability to ship scalable infrastructure products and influence technical strategy.
- Strong technical knowledge of cloud platforms, infra-as-code and platform operations.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform product decisions and measure impact.
- Extensive experience working in agile settings and leading cross-functional engineering teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
