Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy and execution for n8n Enterprise focused on application lifecycle management, developer tools, and production operations.
- Define and deliver workflow lifecycle features: environment separation, promotion paths, version history, rollback, branching, and conflict resolution.
- Lead Git-based developer workflows and integrate source control into the product experience.
- Design production-grade observability: performance metrics, usage analytics, and cross-instance visibility.
- Specify management of secrets, variables, and configuration for enterprise deployments.
- Drive cross-functional product discovery: interview enterprise customers, engineering leaders, admins, and developers; translate findings into prioritized product initiatives.
- Align Engineering, Design, and Customer-facing teams; prioritize trade-offs across technical depth, usability, and enterprise readiness.

Requirements:
- Proven product management experience in complex, technical SaaS environments, preferably with developer-focused or orchestration products.
- Strong empathy for developer workflows and experience with Git-centric tooling and lifecycle practices.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear product requirements, lead roadmap decisions, and drive execution with engineering and design.
- Experience defining observability, security, and multi-instance operational features for production systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and prioritizing for scalability, reliability, and long-term platform leverage.
