Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines (build, test, deploy) to enable reliable, automated releases.
- Deploy, operate, and scale the platform across customer clouds (GCP, AWS, Azure) and OpenShift.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep) to provision and manage cloud resources.
- Operate Kubernetes and container runtimes (Docker) for production workloads.
- Monitor system health, observability, and cost; drive performance and cost optimizations.
- Ensure security and compliance across environments; integrate best-practice controls and policies.
- Collaborate with Product Engineers and customer IT teams to roll out features and solve incidents.
- Create and maintain runbooks, deployment docs, and post-incident write-ups.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with platform/infrastructure focus.
- Hands-on experience deploying and operating systems on Azure, AWS, GCP and/or OpenShift.
- Strong Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform and GitHub Actions skills; familiarity with Bicep is a plus.
- Production experience with PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Experience with monitoring, observability tools and cloud cost optimization techniques.
- Solid security fundamentals and ability to apply controls in cloud environments.
- Clear documentation skills and experience producing runbooks and operational guides.
- Native-level German or B2+ proficiency required for direct customer communication.
