Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve core frontend platform primitives that power the workflow builder (plugin systems, extension points, contracts).
- Modularize the frontend codebase so product teams can build features on shared foundations with confidence.
- Design and improve the canvas-based workflow UI, ensuring correctness, accessibility and interaction reliability.
- Build real-time collaboration systems (WebSockets, CRDTs or multiplayer sync) and ensure consistent sync/merge behavior.
- Improve rendering performance, profiling hotspots and orchestrating web workers for heavy tasks.
- Produce RFCs, design proposals and lead cross-team technical discussions; mentor engineers and review code.

Requirements:
- Strong TypeScript experience and proven ownership of frontend architecture for large, complex applications.
- Hands-on experience with canvas or complex interactive UIs, real-time sync patterns and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with WebSockets, CRDTs, web workers and approaches for multi-user collaboration.
- Solid systems-thinking, API design skills and ability to create stable developer-facing contracts.
- Experience contributing to or shipping SaaS products; open-source collaboration is a plus.
- Excellent communication, cross-team collaboration and practical leadership in technical design.
