About the role
Responsibilities:
- Own features end-to-end: identify customer pain, design solutions, implement, test, and deploy to production.
- Build and iterate on voice AI agent infrastructure and management tools using TypeScript, Python, and AI tech.
- Ship frequently and iteratively; pair-program with teammates and make pragmatic trade-offs to deliver user value.
- Collaborate directly with founders to define product direction and prioritize outcomes over perfection.
- Triage and resolve production issues, focusing on measurable customer impact and reliability.
Requirements:
- High agency: demonstrable independent projects (side projects, hackathons, solo ventures) that show ownership.
- Startup DNA: experience in fast, high-velocity environments and making pragmatic decisions under uncertainty.
- Strong engineering fundamentals (systems, architecture, algorithms) and practical implementation skills.
- Product mindset: prioritize customer outcomes and business impact over specific technologies.
- On-site in Berlin: able to work 100% in-person; relocation and visa support available for exceptional candidates.
