Responsibilities:
- Own features end-to-end: identify customer pain, design pragmatic solutions, implement and deploy to production.
- Build and iterate on voice AI agent infrastructure and management tools that scale for B2C use cases.
- Ship production code frequently (multiple deploys per day) working with minimal process and no formal code reviews.
- Pair-program and collaborate closely with founders to shape product direction and priorities.
- Triage and solve complex engineering and system-design problems with a bias for shipping user value.

Requirements:
- Demonstrable high agency: side projects, hackathons or solo ventures showing ownership and delivery.
- Proven experience in high-velocity, startup (YC-style) environments and making pragmatic trade-offs.
- Strong engineering fundamentals (formal CS background or equivalent demonstrated depth).
- Product-first mindset: focus on customer outcomes over technical novelty; comfortable with TypeScript, Python and AI tooling.
- Must be 100% on-site in Berlin; relocation and visa support available for exceptional candidates.
