Responsibilities:
- Define, prioritize and own the strategic roadmap for an internal "AI as a Platform" that centralizes AI services for product teams.
- Identify high-impact AI opportunities across client experience (personalization, predictive models) and operational efficiency (fraud detection, automation).
- Drive cross-functional delivery of AI use cases: align timelines, scope and dependencies with AI engineers, data scientists and domain teams.
- Establish and enforce AI governance, compliance and data-protection practices in collaboration with legal and DPO stakeholders.
- Define APIs, integration patterns and developer experience to enable easy adoption by internal teams.
- Measure success via clear KPIs and iterate based on product and stakeholder feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven product management experience owning backend services or AI products at scale.
- Practical understanding of LLMs, agent architectures, prompt design and common AI tooling.
- Experience working with data science and engineering teams; comfortable defining technical requirements and trade-offs.
- Knowledge of AI regulatory, privacy and governance concerns; experience coordinating with legal/DPO preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and agile delivery skills.
