Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the product roadmap for an internal AI platform that delivers reusable AI services to domain teams.
- Discover and prioritize AI use cases to improve client-facing features (personalization, recommendations) and backend operations (scalability, fraud prevention).
- Coordinate cross-team implementation, align delivery schedules and remove blockers across AI platform, domain teams and mobile/web squads.
- Build and enforce AI governance, compliance and data-protection standards with legal and DPO input.
- Define integration APIs, observability and testing requirements to ensure safe, reliable consumption of AI services.
- Track KPI impact and iterate based on user feedback and regulatory needs.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable product management experience for backend or AI-related products with responsibility for roadmaps and delivery.
- Good working knowledge of LLMs, agent patterns, prompt engineering and MLOps considerations.
- Experience collaborating with data scientists, engineers and compliance/legal stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of data governance, privacy and regulatory requirements for AI deployment.
- Excellent communication, prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
