Responsibilities:
- Co-own product vision and roadmap with the CTPO; align engineering, design and exec stakeholders on priorities.
- Lead end-to-end product discovery, prototyping, validation and delivery across Web, Desktop and Mobile.
- Design and launch AI-first features that automate sales tasks (note-taking, CRM updates, meeting prep, conversation intelligence).
- Define success metrics, KPIs and instrument analytics to drive data-informed product decisions and iterations.
- Establish product processes, documentation and best practices to scale the product function and hire future PMs.
- Conduct user research and partner with customers to validate value and reduce time-to-market.
Requirements:
- 3+ years as a Product Manager shipping technically complex, engineering-heavy products; experience with AI features is required.
- Proven track record as a founding or lead PM who can drive cross-functional alignment and end-to-end ownership.
- Strong technical fundamentals (technical education or hands-on engineering background) and data-driven decision skills.
- Fluency in German required; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, sales tech or CRM integrations is a plus.
- On-site presence in Munich (role is based in Munich); visa sponsorship is available when needed.
