Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the strategic roadmap for an internal AI platform that provides secure, compliant, and easy-to-consume AI services.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Data Science, AI Engineering, Software Engineering, domain leads) to prioritize platform features and integrations.
- Identify and validate high-impact AI use cases (personalization, predictive analytics, fraud detection, operational automation).
- Coordinate implementation across teams to align timelines, APIs, MLOps processes and data requirements.
- Embed compliance and governance into platform defaults (data protection, auditability, model risk controls).
- Track performance, define KPIs and iterate on features to increase adoption and business impact.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with backend or AI-focused products.
- Practical knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, agent architectures and production ML deployment.
- Experience collaborating with Data Scientists and engineering teams to deliver production AI features.
- Familiarity with AI regulation, data governance, API management and operational monitoring.
- Strong prioritization, stakeholder management and communication skills; experience with agile delivery.
