Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Savings offerings, aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end product development: ideation, requirements, delivery, launch and iteration.
- Coordinate across engineering, design, data, compliance, marketing and external partners to deliver integrated solutions.
- Use data and user research to prioritize features, measure impact, and optimize engagement and retention.
- Ensure products are scalable, secure, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Drive a customer-first, data-driven culture and mentor team members.
Requirements:
- 3+ years product management experience in fintech, ideally with customer-facing investment or savings products.
- Proven experience working with third-party partners, financial institutions and regulatory stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and roadmap planning skills, with bias for execution and operational excellence.
- Analytical mindset: comfortable with data analysis, user insights and market trend interpretation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence cross-functional teams.
- Self-driven, able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment; familiarity with investment product ecosystems preferred.
