Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap for clearing, settlement and custody services, balancing business needs and operational constraints.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Compliance and external partners to build and iterate secure settlement workflows.
- Manage relationships with settlement counterparties and CSDs to ensure smooth integrations and settlements.
- Convert market research, data analysis and client feedback into clear user stories and product requirements.
- Support releases, monitor performance and drive continuous improvements to reduce operational risk and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of product management or product-project experience in a fast-paced tech/fintech environment.
- Knowledge or strong interest in post-trade processes (clearing, custody, securities settlement).
- Strong analytical skills and experience using quantitative and qualitative data to guide product decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable working with external partners and ops/compliance.
- Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline preferred.
