Product Manager - Taxation (m/f/x) at Scalable GmbH

Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product delivery for local tax solutions across international markets.
- Define product strategy and roadmap to address jurisdictional tax needs and align with business goals.
- Translate tax requirements into clear user stories, specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with engineers, product teams, legal and external partners to ensure compliance and smooth integration.
- Improve client experience by simplifying tax-related flows (reporting, tax calculation, declarations).
- Manage deliveries: plan timelines, prioritise work, and track dependencies across teams.
- Run agile ceremonies, gather feedback and iterate quickly on shipping tax features.

Requirements:
- Experience in product management, ideally within banking, capital markets or fintech.
- Strong interest and basic understanding of international taxation topics (DTAs, loss pot offsetting, FIFO/weighted average).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to work with legal, compliance and engineering teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience writing user stories and defining measurable outcomes.
- Familiarity with agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and design collaboration tools (Figma).
- Fluent English and a hands-on approach to delivery.
