Product Manager at Lionhires

Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for the Danish iGaming market, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong user experience.
- Translate strategic goals into detailed technical requirements, prototypes and prioritized feature backlogs.
- Lead cross-functional delivery with engineering, design, analytics, legal and commercial teams to deliver timely, compliant launches.
- Monitor performance, run post-launch analysis and iterate to improve product-market fit and growth metrics.
- Build alignment with stakeholders and act as the main point of contact for Danish-market product decisions.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Product Manager experience in the iGaming/gambling industry (mandatory).
- Direct, hands-on experience with Danish iGaming regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Strong technical fluency with experience working alongside software teams and defining technical requirements.
- Skilled in data-driven decision making, market and competitive analysis, and product lifecycle management.
- Must reside in Denmark or be willing to relocate permanently; excellent collaboration and communication skills.
