Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap for a technical product area (mapping, marketplace, billing, privacy, etc.) and set measurable team goals.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers and data scientists from ideation through launch, growth and maintenance.
- Create and maintain precise feature specifications as the single source of truth; manage prioritisation and trade-offs.
- Collaborate with other product squads and stakeholders to align dependencies, metrics and launch plans.
- Run analyses, pull your own metrics and use data to inform product decisions and improvements.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience owning technical products or platforms (distributed systems, ML, mapping or similar).
- STEM degree or equivalent engineering background and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers.
- Outstanding written communication; attention to detail in specs and documentation.
- Strong analytical ability to extract insights from data and measure feature impact.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving scale-up, with a focus on delivering high-quality, customer-facing systems.
