Responsibilities:
- Own and operate the weekly release process to ensure predictable, low-risk deployments across native and web systems.
- Identify and remove bottlenecks in the release pipeline; design and implement improvements to speed and reliability.
- Build, maintain, and extend automated test suites for desktop (Windows/Mac) and platform components.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and communicate release status, risks, and rollback plans.
- Advocate for documentation, testing best practices, and a strong end-user quality focus across engineering teams.
- Triage, track, and drive resolution of bugs using bug-tracking tools; contribute to post-release retrospectives.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of QA or release engineering experience, ideally with desktop applications (Windows and Mac).
- Practical experience with test automation and release management workflows.
- Proficiency with at least one of: TypeScript, C#, or Swift.
- Strong experience using bug-tracking and release pipeline tooling; ability to identify systemic issues.
- Self-driven, able to manage multiple priorities independently and collaborate across product, engineering, and design.
- User-focused mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to high quality in fast-paced environments.
