Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services in Golang within a microservices architecture.
- Design reliable data models and caching strategies using PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Integrate external APIs and contribute to product feature development.
- Implement CI/CD, containerized deployments (Kubernetes) and observability practices.
- Ensure code quality via automated tests, code reviews and documentation.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system performance and resilience.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience, with at least 2 years of Golang in production.
- Experience with high-load, distributed systems and cloud-native tooling (GCP, Kubernetes).
- Strong skills with PostgreSQL, Redis, GitLab and microservices patterns.
- Proven ability integrating third‑party APIs and delivering product-focused solutions.
- Passion for clean, testable code, proactive ownership and independent work style.
- English communication skills at B2 level or higher.
