Responsibilities:
- Act as the bridge between data scientists, software engineers and product teams to align recommendation goals and priorities.
- Define KPIs with stakeholders and translate product objectives into measurable metrics for recommendation performance.
- Build and maintain tracking systems, dashboards and monitoring tools (performance, CTR, engagement).
- Analyze user behavior and recommendation success metrics to identify improvements in relevance and UX.
- Develop and maintain reliable, scalable data models and pipelines on the data platform.
- Deliver actionable insights and dashboards to product managers; automate repetitive processes to increase team efficiency.

Requirements:
- Advanced SQL skills; Python experience is a strong plus.
- Experience with tracking/event data (GA4 a plus) and version control (GitLab).
- Familiarity with data warehouses (BigQuery or similar) and visualization tools (Looker Studio or similar).
- Experience in data mining, cleaning and user behavior analysis; ability to build interactive dashboards (Streamlit/Voila/Gradio beneficial).
- Strong analytical thinking, clear communication skills and ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-driven, able to work independently and collaborate across functions.
